I need information about letting my home go back to the lender in foreclosure.
I am upside down on the property and it makes no sense to have it.
I only have one trust deed on the home.
It is a equity line of credit from US Bank for $472,000. I have had this equity line since 2003. I have not taken any money out in several years.
My concern is a deficiency judgement against me.
I have research online about California Deficiency Law, one action rule, etc.
I will pay for a phone session.
