Bio for Ashlee D. Adkins, Esq.
Ashlee D. Adkins is an attorney at the Law Offices of Peter N. Brewer, focusing her practice on real estate and landlord/tenant law matters. Adkins graduated from the Sacramento State University in 2011 with her Bachelor’s in Business Administration. While at Sacramento State, Ashlee competed for the Women’s Softball Team as the team’s catcher. In her senior year as a NCAA Division I student athlete, Adkins was awarded the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Scholar Athlete Award.
Ashlee earned her law degree from John F. Kennedy University in 2015, and passed the California Bar exam that following November. As a law student, Adkins received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Criminal Law, in Professional Responsibility, and in Community Property, and also earned College of Law Dean’s List recognition every year between 2012 and 2015. While in law school, Ashlee served as a Certified Legal Intern at the Elder Law Clinic, and also worked at a local estate planning law firm.
Adkins began at the Law Offices of Peter N. Brewer as an assistant office manager for the firm, handling potential client inquiries, assisting with pleadings & motions, and filing documents with the court. After passing the bar, she has now transitioned into performing attorney work for clients. Ashlee writes about pertinent real estate issues that residents in the San Francisco Bay Area are facing.
